Warren County Route 22 Corridor Study The firm is providing a comprehensive and coordinated planning and transportation improvement strategy for the Route 22 Corridor in Warren County. This study was initiated due to increased housing, commercial and retail development in Southern Warren County and adjacent communities in Pennsylvania over the past decade. This study comprises five municipalities located along this section of Route 22, including Alpha, Greenwich, Lopatcong, Pohatcong and Phillipsburg. The study will identify a series of roadway improvements, traffic enhancements, land use and community design strategies, travel demand and travel management strategies, and bicycle and pedestrian improvements. This study will also outline an implementation plan to improve quality of life for the five municipalities. Funded by the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA), the study is being conducted by Maser Consulting and the Regional Plan Association, assisted by Reichman Frankel Inc., and Techniquest.
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of General Services The team of Highland Associates and Maser Consulting were recently selected for the design of a new math and science center at Lock Haven University in Clinton County, Pennsylvania. Maser Consulting is responsible for the land development plans and permitting.
Mountco Construction and Development Corporation The firm is providing land surveying, ecological services, cultural resources investigations, and civil engineering services for their Redevelopment of Camp LaGuardia in Orange County, New York.
COAH Maser Consulting's Planning Department received its first twelve Housing Element and Fair Share Plans (HEFSP) substantive certification from COAH. The firm completed the HEFSP for Frelinghuysen Township, Warren County, which was the first of 254 HEFSP’s to be deemed complete in the State of New Jersey.
Patterson, New York The firm has been selected by the Town of Patterson, Putnam County, New York to serve as their Municipal Engineer.
