Every engineering firm is driven by RFPs, SOQs, resumes and project profiles. But getting that information out of your very busy staff can sometimes be like pulling teeth! So our Marketing Department developed an initiative to make it fun while getting what we need through our March Marketing Madness competition!
During the month of March we’re visiting our offices to rally participation and help our staff initiate and/or update resumes and project profiles. Pitting each office against one another (engineers hate to lose) to see who has the best participation rate is a slam dunk!
Yesterday, we launched the first session at our Hamilton, NJ office. Our Marketing staff met one-on-one with each employee to get the job done. All in all, the day was a great success and we can’t wait to visit the other offices in the next few weeks!
