Colliers Engineering & Design was retained to provide site design and geotechnical engineering services for the Center’s Health facility in Brooklyn, New York. Center’s Health is a premier group of nursing, rehabilitation, and senior care services that was in need of enhancements to one of their facilities in order to continue providing the best healthcare services to their patients.

This $55 million project consists of plaza, entry, and sidewalk modifications and additional improvements to the existing facility. Our services included grading and drainage of a proposed parking lot, sidewalk, and courtyard area, as well as utility design and permitting assistance with various NYC departments, including Parks Department, DEP, DOT, and Building Department.
