Maser Consulting provided professional engineering services for improvements to Cranbury Public Library. The improvements included the construction of a one-story 11,600 SF library building along with parking for 20 cars and one bio-retention basin.
Our professionals prepared concept plans, multiple stormwater management and circulation options with Planning Board and public input in collaboration with library representatives and Township professionals. Site plans were designed to balance visibility of the new Township library with maintaining open space views. The final design reflects the rural small town character of Cranbury and promotes “green” design with elements such as the bio-retention basin for management of stormwater runoff.
