Froggy Park Improvements & ADA Accessibility

Tenafly Borough, Bergen County, NJ

Froggy Park is a beloved small neighborhood park and playground located at the corner of West Clinton Avenue and Foster Road in the Borough of Tenafly. A popular play area for children ages 2 – 5, it had fallen into disrepair and no longer offered a safe and secure recreational area for community children.

As Borough Engineer, Maser Consulting provided design services for various improvements to the park, including the installation of new playground equipment and the introduction of ADA-compliant elements. The park is now a barrier-free space able to accommodate all visitors. Maser Consulting also helped the Borough obtain partial funding for the project through the Bergen County Open Space, Recreation, Farmland, & Historic Preservation Trust Fund.
