Provided complete design and construction administration services for Raritan Bay Medical Center’s (RBMC) new medical office building in Old Bridge. As part of RBMC’s growth initiative, the new 95,000 SF class “A” medical office building connects to the main hospital on the second floor via a “sky bridge.”features include a new imaging center, a five-room operating room suite, physician practice offices, and an ambulatory surgery center.

In addition, the new building provides the medical center with much greater visibility from Route 18 and expands the available parking at the Old Bridge hospital. Once the site plans were approved, our professionals worked with the client to navigate the construction process with the various review agencies and permitting requirements, together with various necessary certifications.
